Claymation RULES

As a wee child searching for something of substance in an 80's filled world, I discovered claymation. With stuff like Rip Van Winkles 'Claymation classics' and Will Vinton's 'Claymation Christmas' featuring the california raisins, it's easy to see how I got hooked on it's awesomeness. However, this type of art has slowly died like most things I like. The only thing done recently that I've seen has been MTV's Celebrity Death Match and Stephen Spielberg used some during his stop motion animation filming of The nightmare before christmas and the Corpse Bride. I started looking to find new claymation and found this video:

I'm aware that this video makes absolutely no sense and it's film quality is pretty shitty but I'm okay with that because it means someone out there is still trying to keep claymation going! I think it would be awesome if more people started doing claymation stuff and therefore this blog post is dedicated to a special request of mine that maybe one of my readers out there will fulfill...

I'd like to see Harry Potter meets classic claymation characters who join forces in Lord of the rings fashion to kill the california raisins who happen to be hiding in nightmare before xmas's halloween town. It would be a crazy combination of everything awesome. Someone get on that.
